1. A licensed veterinarian must check all puppies within 72 hours from the time of pick up to activate this agreement. No exceptions!
2. This dog is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge. This puppy has been vet checked by Dr. Ted Falconer of Falconer Veterinary Clinic, Stigler, OK (918) 967-4549/
3. All responsibilities of the puppy/dog are released at the time of purchase; ALL FUTURE LIABILITIES AND VETERINARIAN BILLS WILL BE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
4. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee. Additionally, I do not guarantee against accidents, abuse, or neglect.
5. Seller does not guarantee against any common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stools, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites, stress due to shipping or new home. Other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
~~REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET!~~
1. A licensed veterinarian must check all puppies within 72 hours from the time of delivery or pick-up to activate this agreement. You must have a letter from your veterinarian stating the problem. No exceptions!
2. If the pup has a hereditary problem and the dog is returned with all papers within 72 hours.
3. The dog/puppy is declared to be in life threatening condition by a participating licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick up date and written report by D.V.M. is submitted to seller.
4. If the puppy died, you must have followed your D.V.M.'s advice and have a necropsy performed (at buyer's expense) by your state lab and provide seller a copy of the report.
5. All returned dogs must have a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating the reason for the return.
6. All replacements will be made upon availability and for the same value, unless the buyer pays the idfference. NO CASH REFUNDS! If a puppy is replaced, the expense of shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
7. Seller is responsible for all congenital defects up to 1 year of age. If the seller is told of any congenital defects after 1 year of age, seller is not responsible for that defect. Seller will not be responsible for any medical treatment to cure such abnormalities.
~~~MISCELLANEOUS~~~
1. All puppies are AKC or ACA registered, unless otherwise stated. It is the responsibility of the buyer to mail the puppy registration to AKC or ACA with the required fees. We recommend that this be done as soon as possible and that the buyer make a copy of the registration before mailing the original.
2. All puppies are sold as pets only. We can not guarantee adult size, conformation, color, fertility, or trainability. I do not charge show dog prices, and I do not guarantee that you are buying a show dog..
3. All pupies have had their first puppy shot and have been wormed in accordance to its' age. You will be given a shot record, and it is up to you the buyer to obtain the necessary additional shots and wormer. All puppies have also been treated with Albon for 7 days prior to leaving the premises to help them handle the stress of moving.
4. THERE IS NO ORAL REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES NOT CONTAINED HEREIN. THIS CONTRACT OF SALE CONTAINS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. ALL IMPLIED GUARANTEES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED..
If you have read this thoroughly and agree, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. The remainder must be paid in cash, Cashier's check, Money Order, Paypal, Major Credit Card or Western Union before the pick up or shipping date. There are no refunds of deposits unless something happens to the puppy while in our care. NO EXCEPTIONS!
